Actions: If fraud is confirmed, NIC may:
Cancel the order without refund;
Claim compensation of up to USD 1,000 for direct or indirect damages;
Temporarily or permanently suspend the customer’s access to NIC services;
Take appropriate legal action.
Legal Limitation: Any monetary claim or enforcement will comply with applicable local laws, payment processor policies, and user agreement terms. NIC may seek legal counsel before enforcement.
Appeal: Customers may appeal within 30 days by submitting valid evidence. NIC will review and reconsider the decision if necessary.
